    International trade minister Penny Mordaunt is the latest to announce she is standing to become the next party leader and Prime Minister.<br>The Portsmouth North MP announced her bid for the leadership on Sunday morning.<br>In a video promoting her candidacy, she said: ‘Our leadership has to change.

    She will galvanise growth, cut taxes and launch a new Spending Review.
