Used cold (place the mask in the freezer for 15 minutes), it reduced swelling and puffiness, and is perfect for hayfever sufferers. Used warm, it’s equally as effective, and helps to relieve tension. There’s no mess, no residue and it goes on exactly where you want it. Also, with a rollerball, there’s less danger of over-applying, which can cause irritation.
